As the Director of Customer Experience, you are responsible for working collaboratively with customers to improve their experience with C&S.
You will help them stay relevant within our industry and fiscally healthy as an Independent Retailer. In this role, you will ensure that a dedicated cross-functional team delivers our regional EBITDA and revenue targets, drives productivity, and continues to engage both internal and external customers with growth opportunities.
You will also supervise the activities of sales and service personnel to maximize the customer experience. Job Description You Will Contribute By Directing the activities of the CXT sales team, providing leadership and motivation necessary to implement effective sales and relationship strategies Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to grow the purchase concentration ratio while maintaining customer advocacy.
